Veterans Day in Preschool

Veterans Day is the time where we honor and give thanks to those who have served or are serving in the military. In honor of Veterans Day, Preschoolers had a special visit from our staff member Christine Smith, Petty Officer First Class. She talked about the meaning of Veteran’s Day and demonstrated how to fold the American flag. There is a special way to fold it 13 times into a tight triangle.
