Earth Day was April 22nd. Preschoolers at Cedar Hill Prep learned different ways in which to keep our earth clean; planting flowers, turning the water off when brushing their teeth, and putting garbage in the trash to name a few. Each day the children had an assignment relating to earth day. On Monday, they found sticks in their yard and made various letters and numbers using their sticks. On Tuesday, the children collected and sorted blue and green items from home to represent the colors of the earth. On Wednesday, they found things in their home to recycle. On Thursday, they found 3 things in their home that they can reuse. On Friday, the children made their own creations from recycled objects. Their creativity was off the charts!!! Way to go preschoolers!!!
