The Preschool and Prekindergarten classes had a great time on their trip to Von Thun’s Farm. After an exciting bus ride we arrived at the farm and saw some animals eating and playing in their pens. There were chickens, goats, sheep, pigs and a donkey. After listening to the singing chickens, yes, there were singing chickens, we hopped on to the hayride for a bumpy ride to the pumpkin patch. The hayride gave us a beautiful tour of the farm. We saw apple orchards and corn fields. Our hayride dropped us off in the pumpkin patch where we had so much fun walking through the patch in search of the perfect pumpkin.
