The Grade 4 students National Geographic Bee was quite a competition! All students took part in the 7 rounds, which began Friday afternoon and was completed Monday afternoon!
Nine students entered the Tiebreaker Competition, which lasted through 4 rounds:
Nina Barnes, Soham Belur, Caleb Gocher, Joshua Jewett, Joanna Jian, Karthikeya Kodali, Avi Nath, Sidharth Shah, and Avnish Velusamy.
Congratulations to Joshua Jewett, our 1st place winner, and Avi Nath, our 2nd place winner! Both students will represent Grade 4 in CHP’s National Geographic Bee this coming Friday, Jan. 26th.
We applaud our winners for their success…and all of our 4th graders for their participation and sportsmanship!
