On June 8th, our entire Middle School shared the stage to perform in the 2018 Spring Concert. The night was highly emotional, with students sharing songs about mental health, pressure, and the value of human life. Songs spanned from American folk music to Mumford and Sons and Ed Sheeran, and eventually the Broadway hit, Dear Evan Hansen. It was a pleasure to study the music with the Middle School students, and delve deeper into the meanings of the songs. This was a shared experience that was magnificent to be a part of for all involved.
