December 11th was another exciting adventure in Kindergarten. The Kindergarten children took a Magic Carpet Ride using their imagination to see the celebration of Chanukah magnificently celebrated in Israel and in the United States! We saw beautifully lit Menorahs, gifts for every night of Hanukkah, Chanukah gelt, children playing the Dreidel Game, a gathering of families enjoying and eating Potato Latkes and so much more!! We even heard the first nights prayer. The children wrote all about their experiences in their passports and then drew their illustrations.
