Mrs. Galiano’s 5A class teamed up with our kindergarten children for a fun filled science lesson! 5th grader Aarushi read the Eric Carle book, The Mixed-Up Chameleon. We learned that the chameleon’s life became exciting when it learned it could not only change its color, but also it could change its size and shape too. It was hilarious! The children were given a white chameleon glued to a specifically unique background and were given the fun task with the help of their 5th grade buddies to create a chameleon that would be camouflaged in that particular environment!
