We had an exciting International Day on Thursday morning, March 15th. Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students visited the countries of Mexico, France, Greece and China. The children learned about these four countries and received a stamp in their personal passports.
Our families were invited to join us in the multi-purpose room as the classes took turns performing dances, singing songs or reciting various facts about their country. The program ended with everyone singing “It’s A Small World.”
Once back in our classrooms the children enjoyed trying different foods from their chosen country. It truly was a wonderful celebration.
