On Friday, February 26th, Grade 4 students were bustling with excitement as they transformed their on-campus classroom and home classrooms into Living History Museums that celebrated many Black-American scientists and inventors who have made important contributions to our society.
Dressed in costumes reflecting the period in which these inventors lived, the students’ desktops became the backdrop for their “museum” displays and research papers. Each 4th grade “inventor” delivered speeches that discussed the challenges the inventors faced and their amazing successes.
Congratulations Grade 4 for your outstanding presentations!!!
A special thank-you to our Grade 4 families for your assistance with this
six-week project that led to their children’s performances! And…a special thank-you to Ms. Iyengar and Ms. Nandini for their technical expertise that made our “hybrid” presentation possible!
