The first grade students started off the school year with many activities. One activity is learning how to get along on the playground and blacktop. Through their social studies lessons, they have learned to share with each other, take turns, talk to each other to solve problems and listen to each other. In addition, the students have role-played scenarios which showed them exactly how problems can be resolved. Our students are realizing that when they work together and have more fun at recess!
