First Graders at CHP presented Our Peace Cake Living History show on Friday, February 26, 2021. Our students were provided lines to study and perform during the presentation. One group was virtual and the other group was present in school. The presentation was performed with social distancing and masks. Our First graders were amazing! Each child provided information on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and helped to create a peace cake with layers of quotes from Dr. King’s life. With the help of teachers and parents, our students rewarded us with an outstanding experience.
