Congratulations to the participants in the Cedar Hill Prep School National GeoBee on Wednesday, January 29th: Revant Jear & Sahana Aravindakshan (Grade 4); Narayan Lekhi & Sanah Shah (Grade 5); Daniel Yuh & Soham Belur (Grade 6); Sanyuktha Sriram & Jenica Benneaser (Grade 7); Ishaan Mittal & Lukas Olsen (Grade 8).
It was quite a challenging competition! By the end of the 6th round, two students remained… Soham Belur and Sanah Shah. Soham and Sanah then proceeded through 3 championship rounds before a winner emerged!
Congratulations Soham for winning the CHP National Geography Bee! Congratulations to Sanah for placing second in this competition!
Soham will now compete in the online NJ State National GeoBee Qualifying Competition next week. We wish him well!
