Physical Education
Physical Education classes include many benefits to our students at Cedar Hill Prep School. We promote the importance of regular fitness to improve mood and create a clear mind for learning. Our classes help children of all ages develop locomotor skills, strength, flexibility and aerobic capacity, while also building self-confidence, enhancing communication skills through teamwork and sportsmanship.
Physical Education in PreK and Jr. K focuses on spatial awareness, body awareness and control and development of locomotor skills through practice of hopping, skipping, bear crawl, frog jumping, walking and running. The children also learn tossing and catching while developing early habits of sportsmanship, kind play, and following directions.
Discover how Cedar Hill Prep can help your child reach their unique potential. Our students are in the top 10 percentile in the United States and our educators are delighted to showcase our offerings. We are currently taking applications and processing enrollment.
