The 5th-grade social studies class presented their own “60 Minutes ” show for our annual Living History presentation. The students’ studied interviewing techniques, how to formulate questions, and other interviewing strategies.
Each student picked a black American who had an impact on history. The students wrote their own scripts and practiced asking effective questions that would engage an audience. The student learned so much from their “60 Minutes” presentation. We may even have some future journalistic in our midst! Great job to all our 5ht grade students for their hard work and exciting presentations.
